About Dr Yeak Hwee Lee

Dr Yeak Hwee Lee, MBBS stands as the driving force behind the Singapore Aesthetic Centre (SGAC). After obtaining her MBBS degree from the National University of Singapore, Dr Yeak went on to finalize her aesthetic medicine training in the University of Wales College of Medicine, where she was honoured as one of only three recipients of a merit award in the Diploma in Practical Dermatology. Over the course of her career, Dr Yeak has gathered over three decades of experience in dermatology and aesthetic medicine, which guides her current role and practice as the medical director of SGAC.
At the heart of Dr Yeak’s approach is the grounded belief that everyone deserves to look like the finest versions of their natural selves. An expert in acne management, mole removal, and non-invasive facial rejuvenation, Dr Yeak specializes in a bespoke, multi-faceted process that is tailored to every client, promoting skin and body enhancement in its truest form. She has worked closely with clients on a variety of skin concerns, such as wrinkles, fine lines, adult and teenage acne, skin discolouration, and sagging skin. With a deep understanding of each client’s overall wants, needs, and unique beauty in mind, she combines her medical expertise and her experience with injectables, lasers, and skincare devices with her keen eye and affable personality to offer her clients a positive, welcoming experience, and genuine aesthetic results.
Before SGAC
Prior to helming SGAC as medical director, Dr Yeak completed her tenure at the Plastic Surgery Department in the Singapore General Hospital and spent 6 years as a practicing aesthetic physician with Raffles Medical Group. She has also been a long-time proponent of public education on dermatology and aesthetic medicine, having published multiple articles in beauty magazines and The Straits Times. A true advocate for holistic health, Dr Yeak continues to spend time outside her clinic practice in modern dance and yoga.

Originally a subsidiary of the Singapore Medical Group, SGAC underwent a notable transformation into a boutique aesthetic clinic in 2014 under the leadership of Dr Yeak Hwee Lee, who was handpicked to spearhead its conceptualization.
