What is Vitamin C Iontophoresis?

Vitamin C iontophoresis uses an electric current to penetrate essential vitamins into the skin. It stimulates circulation and is an excellent Vitamin C booster for the skin.

What the treatment involves:

The skin is thoroughly cleansed. Vitamin C is then infused and penetrated into the deeper layer of the skin through very mild electric currents. A light tingling sensation may be felt during the treatment, which takes about 30 minutes.

After the treatment:

Patients will be able to notice a natural glow immediately after treatment. Make-up can be applied straight after for the rest of the day. Sunscreen and moisturizer are strongly recommended for at least the first 3 months. Several treatments will be required to improve the skin and reduce pigmentation.
